Caramel filled devil's cake with chocolate buttercream frosting.

I made these for my step dad's birthday. He loves chocolate and fishing. I had a can of unused Hershey's caramel in my pantry so I figured this was a great time to use it! My boyfriend and one of our best friends both said this was the best tasting cupcake they've had so far. I will definitely be making more of these!
